		<description><![CDATA[So by the same argument that states can legalize what the Federal Government bans, we can assume federal gun control laws can be overturned by state legalization.  But I think what you are saying is that if the states do not cooperate in enforcing the ban then the government will not have the resources necessary to enforce it.  It would still be a legal ban but just not enforceable if the people and states do not cooperate.  Of course this would be different from the Marijuana Bans given there is a constitutional right to keep and bear arms.]]></description>
