Using Tragedy for more Government Power

On FBN’s Varney & Co. yesterday morning, Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on the issue, saying that Costas and Whitlock have “no basis” for the conclusion that Belcher and Perkins would still be alive if he did not have access to a gun.

“We all use steak knives to help us enjoy our meals, but they can also be a dangerous weapon. So is the government going to ban them? They’re far more easily attainable than guns,” said Napolitano.
