I will be shocked if anything happens .
1. Other states have done this .
2. THey did it to get a test court case going .
3. One of these states the BATF sent a letter to the FFL dealers telling them that they had to comply with federal law and basically ignore state law .
4. Again will be some what surprised if it comes to the floor at the state house .
5. If I am surprised that it is voted on then REALLY surprised if it passes .
6. The state of Indiana WILL not enforce it .
7. Enforcing it means arresting and or using force including DEADY force to protect a gun dealer or citizen from the ATF .
8. Mike Pence and the legislature do not have the balls for that .
It would mean that in a pissing contest the Feds. would cut off their highway fund and the like and it would cause them to much political pain with the voters .
9. You will not get LEO’s to fire upon fellow LEO’s for the sake of the law . Brotherhood – lawsuits – fear of death etc .
10. In defending the rights of the people of Indiana .. it could be construed as rebellion to the Feds. and again politically they don’t want to look like they are secessionist .

It going no where and doing nothing if it passes.

NOW if they put a clause in it that the local Sheriff MUST defend the citizen … now you may get my attention .
