		<description><![CDATA[@RTD525 Well, at least a couple of counties have C. O. Jones.  Our illustrious lawyer/senator Kelsey killed the state version of a bill introduced by Sen. Mae Beavers.  His constitutional gyrations and butchery was enough to make one&#039;s ears bleed.  I think Mr. Boldin&#039;s succinct analysis of Kelsey&#039;s first gyrations ticked him off.  To that I say, good.  Here we have a supermajority of Republicans in the House and Senate in this State that sponsored the Battle of Athens, Tennessee.  A perfect opportunity.  But, alas, the white gloved, milquetoast Judicial Committee chair does not have the cojones to let the bill out of committee for full senate debate.  What a pansy.]]></description>
