OKLAHOMA CITY, Mar. 4, 2014 – A bill that would nullify Agenda 21 in Oklahoma passed through the state house today
HB2807, the “Oklahoma Community Protection Act,” would prohibit any state agency or political subdivision from adopting or implementing “policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe upon or restrict private property rights without due process.” It also would void any previous commitments which may have been made under Agenda 21 or a similar program. It reads, “any debt or commitment to an international or federal entity whereby the citizens did not have the ability to exercise their constitutional rights shall be considered null and void.”
The bill passed by a vote of 66-26.
“This bill protects your private property from being acquired by eminent domain from without a public vote or public hearing,” said bill sponsor, Rep. Lewis Moore.
The United Nations passed Agenda 21 in 1992 at its Conference on Environmental and Development. The global initiative encompasses a wide range of programs meant to promote “sustainability.” It works its way into the U.S. system through a back door strategy, targeting local governments. Objections to Agenda 21 include violations of personal property rights, the erosion of state and local authority, and binding of the United States to international agreements contrary to the U.S. Constitution.
HB2805 now moves to the state senate, where it will first need to be passed by a committee before the full senate has an opportunity to concur.

Oklahoma is the most conservative state in the USA. The only state that had 100% of all counties vote against the POTUS BS.
Obama is nothing more than a polished turd. Impeach him now.
hope it works
Please read this bill, it has no teeth. It reinforces due process for property rights, only. It does not exclude the use of eminent domain. And it does not seem to apply to private corporations. Alabama passed a similar bill last year. Smart meters are still here. Ed Short, General Manager of Covington Electric Cooperative had a letter to the editor in the 2-20-14 edition of the Luverne Journal titled ‘TOOLS HELP CONTROL ENERGY CONSUMPTION,’ encouraging people to go on line to monitor their DAILY electricity use. If you are familiar with Agenda 21 that title says it all. Look for similar window dressing bans on Agenda 21 in other states, as the Alabama legislator that I talked to said that several states called him to see how to do it.
you guys in OK keep fight in the good fight!
NOW other states need to follow suit… FLORIDA are you listening?
A good start
This is wonderful news but it is just the beginning of a LONG battle with those who wish to control it all. Their (the global elites) influence has to be entirely neutralized. We the people must understand that we are fighting over sovereignty (control); either we have it or they have it. They operate in great secrecy, still control monetary policy, have great influence over policy makers and thus policy by virtue of the bribery of lobbyists and corporate interests. The old adage “know thy enemy” is absolutely true and we had better pay attention. We had better be vigilant and jealously guard our sovereignty (liberty). We do this by knowing our history and keeping abreast of current issues. Also by not trusting corporate owned media but rather learn from alternative media remembering the whistle blower is the heart and soul of truth. I like the way Lord Acton (1834-1902) put it ” the issue that has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people vs. the banks.” Read SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS.
Great post Dave! People need to wake up! This is what the fight is all about people! People versus the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Carnegies etc…Bilderbergs of the world! All these people have to gain now in their minds is to play god and we are nothing to them. They wish we were dead and through their corps, food and media controls, they kill us everyday. Andrew Jackson was a kickass president. Nothing been the same since Kennedy! We need someone with his character to send these guys packing…AGAIN and FOR GOOD!
I hope this helps with property rights when they are clearing the way for things like the Keystone XL too.
I live in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma state government took decades to allow tattoo parlors to operate in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma state government has a life sentence attached to anyone who is caught selling marijuana for the first time. One person is actually serving a 94 year sentence for growing marijuana for their arthritis; the governor could pardon this person with a simple signature. Every week or so there is a news article about someone in the Oklahoma state government committing crimes. The Oklahoma government is one of the most corrupt governments in the United States.
I’m sorry have you been to Chicago or New York perhaps Los Angeles is more your style of corruption.
Wow!! Go Oklahoma. I bet the fraud in the whitehouse and old GHW “Scherff” Bush isn’t liking this.
That is AWESOME!!! That makes me want to move to Oklahoma.
Finally some politicians with some back bone and sound reason, standing up to the Globalists.
Good for Oklahoma !!! The rest of you nanny states need to wake up and follow Oklahoma’s lead !
Good for them!
