TAC Communications Director Mike Maharrey will be speaking on the intersection of faith and politics at the Christians for Liberty Conference in Austin, Texas.

Maharrey will share his personal spiritual journey and explain how his faith informs his political views. Fellow tenther Jason Rink will also speak at the event. He serves as the director of the Foundation for a Free Society and produced the Nullification Movie.

Other speakers include David Theroux, Founder and President of the Independent Institute; Rep. David Simpson, Texas State Representative (R-Longview); and Dr. Mark Cherry, Professor of Philosophy and Ethics at St. Edwards University.

The event will be held Saturday, Aug. 2, at St. Edwards University.
