In last week’s edition of Thoughts from Maharrey Head, I talked about the power of state refusal to cooperate with the federal government. It works, and provides us with a powerful tool to stop federal overreach and limit federal power. But one thing prevents us from fully realizing the potential of nullification through state non-cooperation.
Fear.
I hear it all the time. The doomsday scenarios and the endless “what ifs.” In this episode, I explain why we should not be afraid to stand up to the feds and I make the case that if history serves as any indication, the feds will back down when challenged.
