I appeared on RT International to talk about how the U.S. government weaponizes the dollar and uses it as a foreign policy billy club.
RT invited me on based on an article I wrote last fall explaining how the U.S. government uses the SWIFT global payment system as a tool for interventionist foreign policy and how this could threaten the stability of the dollar as other countries seek to extricate themselves from U.S. influence.
During the interview, I talk about the growing movement toward alternatives to the dollar system, how central banks manipulate fiat currency, theย the politicization of SWIFT and central banks and the possible consequences these policies could have for the U.S. economy.
