I open the show explaining in simple terms exactly what the 10th Amendment and Bill of Rights mean and the absurdity of the idea of a living breathing Constitution. We also get into some of the practical implications, including state versus federal power, decentralization, and government power during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also delve into more philosophical territory, discussing how the Constitution fits into the broader push toward liberty, free markets and capitalism.
