I don’t have any prediction about the presidential race other than to say whether Biden or Trump wins, the next four years will be awful for the Constitution and your liberty. But there are some votes I’m watching that make me optimistic about the Constitution and liberty.
Five states will consider legalizing marijuana through ballot measures.
This is a much better strategy for pushing back against unconstitutional federal overreach than obsessing over who is in the White House.
