People like to blame the Constitution for the overreaching federal government we have today. I’ve always found this to be a little silly. After all, a constitution can’t enforce itself.
When people blame the Constitution for federal tyranny, they are misplacing the blame. It’s not the document’s fault. The failure is in the people who never bothered to enforce it.
