I appeared on the And If Love Remains podcast to answer the question: what is the Tenth Amendment all about anyway?
During my conversation with Mike Leavitt, I explained the meaning of the Tenth Amendment and what it tells us about the constitutional system. I also discussed the failure of modern DC-centered politics to maintain the intended constitutional structure. But it’s not all doom and gloom. I also explain how nullification can put teeth in the Tenth. Later in the interview, we talked more generally about the importance of political decentralization and I shared a bit of my own personal political evolution.
