With Joe Biden in the White House and the Democrats controlling both houses of Congress, it looks increasingly like we’re going to get a $15 per hour federal minimum wage.
Wage controls are not only bad economics; they are yet another unconstitutional federal power grab. And no – the commerce clause doesn’t authorize it.
