I recently appeared on Gun Freedom Radio to talk all things nullification focusing on the power of no!
In this interview, I hammer on the fact that we need to resist federal overreach no matter who is in control of the Oval Office. Then I explain how we can do it – a refusal to cooperate with officers of the union. I cover the foolishness of trusting solely on “parchment barriers” and explain how the states serve as the Constitution’s enforcement mechanism. I give a detailed explanation of the difference between legal nullification and nullification in effect. I also urge gun people to take a page out of the weed people’s playbook.
