I recently wrote an article explaining the state and individual action can effectively nullify the vaccine mandate. OSHA doesn’t have the personnel or resources to enforce it.
But I actually got some pushback from Republicans. They are angry that I’m not pushing their preferred strategy – sue in federal courts. Of course, we’ve seen how that works out.
