I appeared on It’s Too Late, with Alan Mosley to talk about the federal vaccine mandate and what we can do about it.
During the interview, Alan and I talk about the constitutional ramifications of the mandate. Then we cover what we can do about it. I discuss the not-so-good strategy of waiting for the federal courts to sort it all out and the much better strategy of non-cooperation, both by state and local governments, and by private actors.
