I recently appeared on the Hintergedanken Show with Maxwell Stetson for a little Tenther talk.
This was a “back to the basics” discussion on the Tenth Amendment and political decentralization. I explained the meaning of the Tenth Amendment and what it tells us about the constitutional system. From there, we moved into a discussion about nullification and secession. We also talked about the history and the work of the Tenth Amendment Center.
