Even if we can be protected by state laws if we do not want to participate, if a public option ultimately puts insurance companies out of business…then what?

Awesome article and great ammunition for people like me! Just one thing I’d like to point out, however. If I’m not mistaken, HCR 2014 won’t actually ban national health care in AZ. As far as I can tell, nothing in the amendment would prohibit a resident of AZ from participating in Obamacare, (or whatever it ends up being called), VOLUNTARILY. I believe it only protects those who do NOT wish to participate. I may have missed something, but I think this is how it would work.
