		<description><![CDATA[Nice debate!  The only major point that was missed was the fact that it is not to be called &quot;the federal government&#039;s money&quot; when discussing the mandate issue.   That money was taken by the federal government from state citizens and then used by the federal government AGAINST the interests of those state citizens.  

That&#039;s why I am glad that the TAC pledge recognizes that the federal government has no power to tax the people for purposes of using mandates to accomplish indirectly what it is not empowered to do directly.]]></description>
