Michael: You are so right about the Republican's track record. Politicians only seem to reference the constitution when it is convienient. The best way to respect the Tenth Amendment is to stop considering any legislation that is not enumerated within the constitution.

The two party system is about power. The constitution is about limiting power. Enough said...
