The problem is that we are already paying for this care. Actually we are paying a higher price than necessary for this care because America doesn't have the stomach to not have socialized medical care.

I believe the power to tax is for the general welfare of the United States and not for any kind of government program or service. We can't be taxed for the post office so we can't be taxed for the obamacare.
