Making a Reporter’s Head Explode

Here’s a brief overview I had with a reporter from DailyClimate.org who wrote:

“I’m working on a story about the role of the EPA’s pending greenhouse gas rules are playing in the wave of state’s rights & nullification efforts that appear to be sweeping through a number of state legislatures. “

Q: What do you think about all these efforts for nullification where do they come from?

A: I think the best way to sum it all up is with marijuana.

Q: Really? How so?

A: Well, there’s now 15 states with medical marijuana programs that are directly defying laws from Congress.
