Now MO should stand up in support of the 10th amendment in the other 2 ways mentinoed in the artocle, as well -- no mandatory  health insurance  and the allowing of medical marijuana regardless of what the feds say. The 10th amendment should not just be reserve for one circumstance. Oh, and of course, one more -- no matter what the fed government does, use the 10th amenment as a legal ,binding argument that sharia or other foreign law will never be considered here.    ]]></description>
