		<description><![CDATA[I believe most states have a sheriff who is elected.   I think in order for towns to nullify state laws they have to get the cooperation of the sheriff of their county since he can decide whether or not the nullification is constitutional.  He can then not enforce any law that contradicts this particular one. ]]></description>
