Here is one of my earlier videos on the different methods of restraining the Federal government, and why the Tenth amendment is so much more effective, and realistic in this pursuit.

All amendments are as important in there original form and not the altered forms because the Constitution applied is LIBERTY free of a usurping Government.

The Supreme court is not supreme and is not deciding based upon Rule of Law. The People are the Rule of Law with a sherif to enforce this rule should some other step over their bounds.

Working within corrupt state Governments will only go so far, the corrupt Corporate Federal Government has perverted the law or man made laws.

We should be on the town level to train our towns to stay in defiance of false laws by living as Republics. Republics defy illegal laws as a practice because by the whole constitution they are able to impose liberty, or to free themselves from such a usurpation.

We should be free of usurping Governments from our townships and communities to display ourselves by our ability to sustain by practicing under Rule of Law with Liberty in place and then spreading this example to other communities around our community to spread to other communities. It will be the Communities that need to train their selves as such Republics by the practice of a Republic.

There is only rule of law in our Original intent of the constitution that is the limit of power against us and every piece as essential to deliver such a Republic.

So yes the Tenth Amendment is essential as the rest. The understanding is in its original form and not the corrupt version that has been so badly altered. The Declaration of Independence is what keeps it in clear form if we understand the documents usefulness as it too was intended.

Republic training in our Communities starts to be the tool to build our Republics, understand our foundation and to utilize our constitution as our Liberty for which it was created.

Is your community a Republic? Why not?
