		<description><![CDATA[Thank You.  The commerce clause is a power that is suppose to stop states from imposing trade restrictions with other states, nations, and, of course, Indian tribes.  I wish someone would do this for the insurance industries.  You would be amazed to see how insurance industries are protected from out-of-state competition.  You can&#039;t buy autoinsurnace in another state because state law says you can&#039;t.]]></description>
