Episode 68 of Tenther Radio is hosted this week by Michael Boldin, Lesley Swann – along with the return of John Bush. They report on some of the latest Tenther News – A nullification initiative in Washington State has a HUGE lead in the polls – 57-33. A recent study shows that Obama is even worse than Bush was when it comes to spying on emails and phone calls. And another local community moves a step closer to nullifying NDAA detentions.

There’s a firestorm brewing over NDAA detention powers in Michigan. A bill is being considered to nullify it on a State level, and residents are pressing local communities to do the same on a county level. Bill Sage, Allegan county Commissioner has been leading the charge. We talk with him about the legislation that passed in his county, plus his work in connecting with other county commissioners around the state. It’s a model that should be replicated everywhere.

BONUS! A little extra TRX this time when the crew has some post-show fun – are you listening yet?
