West Virginia HB2807 would legalize industrial hemp for commercial production and distribution in the state, nullifying in practice the federal prohibition on the same. The bill must pass in the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee to receive a full House vote.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS to support this important bill.

1. Call the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee Chair, Allen Evans and Bill Hamilton. Strongly, but respectfully urge them to move this important bill forward to a vote in their committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.
Evans: (304) 340-3399
Hamilton: (304) 340-3167

2. Call the rest of the committee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on HB2807.
