I had the honor and pleasure of spending a few minutes on the Dori Monson show today, which is broadcast on KIRO, 97.3-FM in Seattle, Washington. The obvious topic – are health care mandates constitutional? As readers of the Tenth Amendment Center are likely to know already, no.
In the interview, I was able to talk about “constitutional” – which is an important topic, in my opinion. What does the Constitution really mean, what the founders said it means, or what the supreme courts says it means…until it changes its mind? I go with the former. You?
