In this episode, hosts John Bush and Michael Boldin talk about how big corporate farming interests that backed passage of the Food Safety Modernization Act (S. 510) are in for a surprise, we’ll tell you what Washington State is doing to combat food tyranny. They also discuss the battle between Rick Santorum and Rick Perry. Perry maintains that it’s “New York’s perogative” to allow same sex marriage, while Santorum thinks the feds should have control over this issue – and much more.
Joining Bush and Boldin as our special guest is Sheriff Richard Mack – the former two term sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, who sued the Clinton administration during the mid-90s over the Brady Bill. His case went all the way to the US Supreme Court, and he WON! He currently travels around the country educating sheriffs about their powers to protect their constituents from abuse by the federal government. His book, “The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope,” is about that very thing.
Sheriff Mack to DC: “Shove it up 1600 Pennsylvania, and leave us the hell alone!”
