In Support of the Liberty Preservation Act

The letter – from Tenth Amendment Center executive director Michael Boldin to the California Assembly public safety committee, supports AB351, the California Liberty Preservation Act.

According to Boldin, passage of AB351 would “severely hamper any attempt to detain people in California without due process,” as the 2012 NDAA purported to authorize.
