Interview: How to Stop Obamacare in the States

On Tuesday, Nov. 26, Tenth Amendment Center national communications director Mike Maharrey appeared on the Grit and Grace Radio Show hosted by Jennifer Meadows. Maharrey and Meadows engaged in a wide ranging discussion on state sovereignty and nullification. After explaining the meaning of the Tenth Amendment, Maharrey shared with the listeners a four-step plan to stop Obamacare implementation at the state level. Maharrey also talked about nullifying NSA spying, northern abolitionist use of nullification to protect black people during the fugitive slave era and James Madison’s blueprint for keeping federal power in check.
