Three Virginia bills (SB1301, HB2077 and HB2125) would severely restrict government use of drones in the state of Virginia, following up on a full 2-year moratorium that was passed in 2013.
STATUS: SB1301 was referred to the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice. HB2077 and HB2125 have yet to receive committee assignments.
