Florida H271 and S554 would legalize industrial hemp for production, effectively nullifying the federal prohibition on the same. H271 must pass through the Agriculture & Natural Resources Subcommittee and S554 must pass through the Senate Agriculture Committee before the bills can receive votes in their respective chambers.
