In this episode, I tackle all 14 republican constitutions of the newly-created American states. In the process, I illustrate the similarities and differences between them, explain their purpose, and their influenced western civilization in general.

In addition, I discuss the inception of the Articles of Confederation, the first constitution of the United States, which was ratified in 1781. The Articles created the first confederation of independent states in North America.
