I recently appeared on Lion’s of Liberty Felony Friday to discuss the legal status of hemp and CBD after the enactment of the 2018 federal farm bill.

There is a lot of confusion about what the federal farm bill actually did, especially when it comes to CBD. In this Felony Friday interview, I cut through the confusion and explain exactly what the federal farm bill did and didn’t do. I also share a little bit about my own personal experience using CBD and tell you exactly how state action led to passage of the farm bill.
