Supporters of the monster state claim that Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the Constitution gives the federal government the power to regulate and control everything from healthcare, to what kind of lightbulbs we can buy, and just about anything in between. But this is so far from the Founders’ design, it’s virtually unrecognizable.
