If you thought spending might slow down after the Trump administration ran a record $3.13 trillion budget deficit in fiscal 2020, you’re probably disappointed. Last month, the federal government recorded the biggest October deficit in American history.
A lot of people want to just ignore the debt, or blame it on the coronavirus. You do so at your own peril. Dent is neither free nor irrelevant.
