I appeared on Outbreak News with Robert Herriman to talk about the most misunderstood and abused clauses of the Constitution.
This interview is basically a Constitution 101 class.
During our discussion, I talk about the philosophical roots of the U.S. Constitution and how it differed from the governmental systems that preceded it. Then we talk about the most-abused clauses in the Constitution and what they really mean, including the General Welfare Clause, the Supremacy Clause, the Necessary and Proper Clause, and the Commerce Clause. I also touch on the Tenth Amendment and nullification.
