We have a new boss in the U.S. House of Representatives. Unfortunately, he’s pretty much the same as the old boss.
Oh sure, House Speaker Mike Johnson might be superficially different from former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, but when it comes to the Constitution, they are two peas in a pod. And the truth is they probably won’t govern much differently either. This underscores the problem with trying to “fix things” by switching out politicians in Washington D.C.
