America is drowning in constitutional ignorance.
“If a nation expects to be ignorant and free … it expects what never was and never will be.”
-Thomas Jefferson
Jefferson’s warning wasn’t about some distant danger. It was a hard truth: liberty cannot survive without knowledge. And yet today, thanks to government-run “education,” the so-called “land of the free” is filled with people who have never been taught the Constitution’s actual limits on power.
And ignorance always breeds power.
Spending without restraint. Surveillance without warrants. Permission slips for your natural right of self-defense. Endless federal agencies acting as rulers rather than servants.
Jefferson understood it perfectly – once the chains of the Constitution are ignored, there is no limit to the growth of government power.
A people who don’t know the boundaries of government will never enforce them. And a government left to police itself will always break free of every restraint.
That’s why we exist. The Tenth Amendment Center’s work is simple: teach the truth about the Constitution, expose the lies of unlimited power, and help people learn how to stand for their own liberty – whether the government likes it or not.
There are no corporate sponsors. No billionaire backers. Just principled people like you, standing shoulder to shoulder with us.
If you value freedom, if you want it defended as it should be, now is the time to step up.

Thomas Jefferson was right. A free people can’t afford to be ignorant. The defense of liberty takes knowledge, vigilance, and courage. And it needs you in it.
