Some people get the mistaken notion that just because the Tenth Amendment Center supports state nullification of federal acts, that we believe that state governments are inherently “good.” Or something like that.
Fact is, this view couldn’t be further from the truth. No government should be trusted. But if they can be convinced to stand off against each other with the result being more liberty for people, then they are merely actors in a grand chess match.
