Montana SB142 would effectively nullify in practice certain FDA restrictions on terminally ill patients. It passed unanimously in the Senate and needs to pass successfully through the House Human Services Committee before it can receive a full vote in the state house.
PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS – It doesn’t matter where you live in the state, please follow all these steps to support these bills.
1. Call the House Human Services Committee, Art Wittich. Be strong, but respectful. Urge him to support SB142 and move the bill forward in his committee.

2. Call the rest of the committee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on SB142. Again, make sure to contact them with a phone call rather than an email.
