I think this is one case where it really is about them. The message needs to be "YOU have FAILED to do your job., you have FAILED to abide by your oath, and you have FAILED to represent us, therefore you will not hear from us again until your next job interview. Come prepared to answer questions and make sure that you have the correct answers. See you in 2010 and good luck!" I don't know that it's enough to tell them that "they no longer represent us".
