I would say the only party that offers Tea Party people anything is the 19th century Democrats who followed Jefferson and Madison, as cited in The Changing Face of Democrats on Amazon. The modern Democrats follow Rousseau and Marx, the old world elite few who cannot believe people could even understand what they are standing for, and Republicans, who follow Hamilton, Clay, Lincoln, TR and McCain offer little, unless their party returns to Reagan who did offer much like the early Democrats. claysamerica.com

Well worded, and limited enough to have universal appeal. One petition with many signatures will not do. 300,000,000 individual copies sent to each Representative, each Senator, each Executive, The Supreme Court, and Every major news outlet and many thousands to local media will be hard to ignore. This could work and will be less taxing than protest rallies.
p.s. There are agencies that expect allot of mail each spring also.

While Mark may be a great radio host, he should get someone to proofread his writing, especially on such an important subject. His spelling and grammar leave a bit to be desired, which could give people the wrong impression when reading this material.

Along the line of constructive criticism (and it is intended as constructive, not criticism for its own sake), I would like to point out that the list of grievances could be worded much better. For example, it isn't necessary to mention Marx. It is enough to point out that taking from the productive and giving to the unproductive is against the principles of a free market economy, and violates the spirit of the mandate originally given the Federal government. (See the story of Representative David Crockett known as "Sockdolager": http://pages.prodigy.net/krtq73aa/sock.htm, originally condensed from "The Life of Colonel David Crockett" by Edward S. Ellis, 1884.)

Further, while many of the Founders were religious men (and some were not), while unalienable rights were acknowledged to be endowed by a Creator, they were alternatively thought of by some as being inherent by virtue of Human existence. The Founders also made it very clear, in their attitudes and written statements, that they felt that while religious observance should be free, religion itself should hold no influence in Government. So Mark's statements about "recognizing the Laws of ... Nature’s God", and "... ceased to recognize that our rights come ONLY from our Creator" (emphasis mine) really have no place here. In today's atmosphere of scientific understanding and mistrust of organized religion, such statements can only lose people from the following. They will not result in overall gain.

Just in general, the list of grievances could be much better worded. There are some serious omissions and there are other things that arguably should not be there, at least in the form they appear. If the idea is to gain followers and intellectual mind share, this could be done much better.

I agree with most of the sentiment, just not the wording.
