		<description><![CDATA[yay, finally someone connects prop 19 and the tenth amendment. thats what we need a nice loop hole just like all the ones that the government has of getting us to bend to their ways. they wont listen to that facts that scream loud and clear, like the fact that it was rated a less dangerous drug than caffeine. and that since its...BC use, (in this context, before Christ, not British Columbia) NO ONE...no one has died from it. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, no don&#039;t not until tommorow, once the proposition has gone into effect!  ]]></description>
