Obamacare is limping along, despite positive claims to the contrary. The program is struggling, and it’s our view that this is happening not only because the legislation and regulatory plan was massive and overbearing, but also because it is being resisted. This is happening at both the state and individual level. Additional pushback can have the effect of bringing it to its knees. See Shane Trejo’s post on this for more details.
