Minnesota SF100 would nullify certain FDA rules for terminally ill patients. It was referred to the Senate Health, Human Services and Housing Committee where it needs to pass by majority vote.
PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS – It doesn’t matter where you live in the state, please follow all these steps to support SF100.
1. Call the Senate Health, Human Services and Housing Committee Chair, Kathy Sheran. Strongly, but respectfully urge her to move these important bills forward to a vote in her committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.

2. Call the rest of the committee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on SF100.
