Massachusetts H3009 would put strict warrant restrictions on ALPRs and help block a national license plate tracking program. The bill must pass through the Joint Committee on Transportation before it can receive a full vote in the state House.

PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS

1. Call the Joint Committee on Transportation Co-Chairs, Thomas McGee and William Straus. Strongly, but respectfully urge him to move H3009 forward to a vote in his committee. A phone call has 10x the impact of an email.

McGee: 617-722-1350
Straus: 617-722-2400

2. Call the rest of the subcommittee members. Again, be strong, but respectful. Urge each of them to take action to move the bill forward and vote YES on H3009.
