On this episode of Tenther Tuesday, Mike Maharrey and Michael Boldin talk about efforts to prohibit state cooperation with the enforcement of federal gun laws.
Bills to ban all state cooperation with the enforcement of future federal gun control have already been introduced in a number of states, along with other creative measures designed to protect the right to keep and bear arms from federal infringement. In this episode of Tenther Tuesday, Maharrey and Boldin explain why it’s imperative to get this type of legislation passed now, and discuss some of the strategies states are using.
